The forum focused on high-quality Belt and Road cooperation under the theme “High-Quality Belt and Road Cooperation: Together for Common Development and Prosperity.”

The forum highlighted the achievements of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) over the past decade, including its expansion to over 150 countries and the implementation of over 3,000 practical projects, which have driven nearly $1 trillion in investment.

Key outcomes announced by President Xi include the development of a comprehensive connectivity network involving railways, ports, and digital infrastructure; support for an open global economy through new trade agreements and investment protection; and the promotion of green development, digital economy, and clean governance. Additionally, the forum witnessed the signing of agreements worth $97.2 billion and the introduction of initiatives to enhance cooperation in fields like technology, green development, and cultural exchanges.

The forum underscored the BRI's role in fostering global economic growth, enhancing international cooperation, and contributing to the United Nations’ 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda.
